Mental health issues can affect anyone—but those facing schizophrenia or a severe mental illness often encounter unique and long-term challenges: a lack of specialized support services, long wait times, financial barriers, and the feeling of being left alone to cope with symptoms that are often difficult to understand.
Our foundation aims to make an active contribution to improving the situation of people with mental illness and their families. The Dr. Gert M. Frank Foundation seeks to provide support when necessary education, care, or treatment is needed but not possible due to financial constraints.
